Summer is fast approaching so it’s time to find new places to chill and relax. If you’re looking for a beach resort not far from Manila, Noveleta, Cavite is one that you may consider.
Yesterday, as I was in a search for a beach to have my kids swim for a while and hoping that their cough will be cured (payo ng matatanda), I ended up in Villamar Beach Resort in Noveleta, Cavite. Villamar was a popular beach during the 70s and 80s era, film productions shoot their movies here and local tourists came by flock but when other beach resorts and swimming pool came into the area, plus the management of Villamar not taking care of their facilities well, the old successful days went away.
Anyway, the place is still good though you can’t find white sand here and the water is not as clear as what Boracay offers, it is still a good find specially for budget conscious people. You will only have to pay for Php30.00 per head as entrance, Php15.00 per head for use of the shower, Php100.00 for a wooden table near the shore.
Villamar also offers several rooms that looks very nice if you want to spend more time in their resort but we only stayed there for 3 hours so I wasn’t able to ask for their rates.

mas maganda pa ang magpunta kayo sa me naic o sa tanza medyo magaganda pa ang mga beaches doon pero huwag na sa villamar

any beach in Cavite has sea water just like the quality of Manila Bay. But there are some areas like in Ternate where Batangas sea water is mixed.

grabe ang daya daya ng villamar akala mo ang ganda ganda ng lugar nila madumi naman at ang tubig grabe kulay putik talaga. gumamit ka ng shower ay me bayad bakit ganoon at hindi sila patas grabe ang uutak ng mga tauhan nila.

maganda sana ung pagkakagawa ng style nung lugar…pero pagdating sa technical aspect ng lugar hindi maganda….ung management nila hindi marunong mag-accomdte ng maayos….pagdating nmn sa beach at paliguan madumi ung tubig…kung ihahalintulad sa simple resort sa matabungkay kahit nippa hut ung cottages mas maganda pa din ung beaches nila….

i love the place and the personnel their are nice, but the beach it not that nice..
yesterday we have family outing in villa mar actually our plan is in long beach but one man told us that long beach is already close, so we don’t have a choice to go in villa mar near in our target beach. the place is so ugly and super yucky….. and the person is in charge there is so mean. if you want to take a bath you need to pay P15.00 pesos i thought its free if you pay your entrance fee.I’m really disappointed in that place. I’ll never go back there again..
To the management of villamar we are very much disappointed with your service last night yung pricing ng pavillion pa iba-iba ang layo ng pinanggalingan namin pero di maganda ang sebisyo at saka yung room pangit ang facilities…. Sana sa may-ari you should have an alternative actions on your staff tapos nag-check-in ka nang kwarto yung susi may bayad pa na isang daan sus maria saan ka nakakita ng ganun yun ngang mga fist class na hotel or apartell sinusurrender sa guest yung susi sa inyo may bayad at saka pagdating sa presyuhan kung iba kausap mo iba ang presyo yung una mong kausap mababa pag napalitan ng front desk tumaas ….. makikipag twaran pa sila ng presyo yung unang price papatungan ng 200 grabe ganun ba ang mga staff nyo kanya kanyang diskarte kung papaano kumita ng pera….. di na nga nag-enjoy mahal pa sus baguhin nyo sistema nyo d kayo gobyerno.

Naku okay diyan..pugad ng mga batang callboy sa gabi..umiikot lahat ngmga binatang nasa gulang na 13-25 at sandaliang aliw sa mga bakla na naka rent sa cottage..na raid na yan dati pero ang caretaker mismo ang bugaw..lahatng taga mayniladiyan pa pumupunta..mga silahais at baklang bakla kasi mura lang lalaki 50.00

Hey, Mandy. I recommend you to a beach resort near this place just around Tanza, Cavite. It’s called Villa Excellance beach resort. Me and my friends went there 3 days ago. The fees are very reasonable and the accomodation is good though the sand is grey and the sea water is not that clear, you can also try the pool if you like. Good day!
